When I was in my country, I had big problems
with my marriage. My husband had another woman. It was very difficult
for me to stay in the same city and get divorced because he did
not want to divorce me. It was not easy for me to put my life
back and come to another country. On my first day, when I put
my feet in this country, I loved it here. I had an opportunity
to work and let my life go on here. I have peace, safety, and
I am so far passed my problem. I brought my younger son with
me.
Now, I am happy here. I am learning another
language and I have news friends. Of course, nothing is perfect.
I miss my other
two sons in Brazil and my relatives.
To me, the most important thing is being happy
and I am.
