I was
born and raised in Kosovo. Kosovo is a small country in
southern Europe. In Kosovo, I had a lot of friends who I had
good times
with until the war began in the summer of 1998.
I had to leave my country in April of 1999. I had to leave my
friends
and everything else. In 1999, I moved to France with my family.
I lived
in Paris France for five years.
The happiest day of my life was when I came to the USA in 2003.
Soon, I
was married to my husband and going to school. Here at school,
I met a
lot of good people, especially my teacher, who is a very
nice person.
Since I was a little girl, I always dreamed of coming
to America.
America is the greatest country in the world, the land of freedom,
the
land of opportunities.
