I am writing about Mexico because of the tasty insects. In Mexico they are using a source of a diet. People are going to a special restaurant to eat all kinds of insects. They say it’s a tasty meal. Many poor Mexicans profit from the insects. They say about 20 million Mexicans live on less than $1.00 a day. Juan Garcia is a smart scientist because he created a hard clear candy and put an insect inside the candy. People were so amazed by the candy Juan made, that they tried it and they love it. Mr. Velazquez has a farm harvests bugs to eat and sell to restaurants in Mexico.
